HOW TO BOOK YOUR MARKET STALL:

Please read through the conditions and instructions and submit your application in asap.

  1. Submit your Market Application Form.                                                                                                                                      

  2. Attach your public liability insurance cover to your Application Form.                                                                          

  3. Complete your Payment 

Please note:

  

- You must complete both the Application Form and the Payment for your application to be accepted.
  
- Wintersun 2 reserves the right to refuse any vendor application.

- In the event of your application being unsuccessful, your payment will be refunded and you will be contacted as soon as possible via email.

- This application process is not valid for food stalls. Food stalls can submit an application for consideration.

SITE PLACEMENT:

Due to differing power and size requirements Wintersun 2.0 will place vendor sites in the position that best suits these requirements.  You will be sent a site plan along with your vehicle entry pass and wristbands prior to the event.

POWER:

  • Power is available to a majority of our sites, but only by approval of Wintersun 2.0.  Power is in the form of 3 phase, 10 amp and 15 amp.  Vendors who require 3 Phase must provide their own distribution board.

  • Vendors may bring a small silent generator, subject to prior approval by Wintersun 2.0.  Vendors must advise details of their generator and power requirements at the time of booking.

  • Generators may be subject to inspection by the festival electrician.

  • Wintersun 2.0 reserves the right to shut down any generators that are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the conditions

  • All electrical items and equipment must be inspected and display a current test tag.

  • If you are planning on using power at the event, please advise in your application form by selecting the required power types on your form, this comes at an additional cost of $20 per power point.

INSURANCE:

  • All Vendors must hold public liability insurance to the value of $10 million covering the dates of the event.

  • It is the responsibility of Vendors to hold adequate Property Damage Insurance and WorkCover.

  • Vendors must provide a certificate of Currency detailing:

  1. Business Name​

  2. Sum Insured

  3. Period of Insurance

TICKETS / WRISTBANDS:

  • Two Vendor Wristbands are included in your Market Stall Booking.

  • Vendor Wristbands allow entry to all events at Wintersun 2.0

  • Vendors can purchase additional staff wristbands by selecting the number required on your booking form.

  • Additional Staff wristbands are priced $10 each and are general admission only, they are valid for trading times Saturday and Sunday.

  • If additional Staff wish to attend the VIP exclusive Saturday Night. You will need to purchase them a ticket separately through our tickets page.

CAMPING ONSITE:

  • Vendors are permitted to camp onsite for the duration of the event.

  • Free options include: camping in your stall, or in a swag or vehicle parked in front of your stall.  You must remove the vehicle or the swag during trading hours.

  • You can book a paid campsite for a caravan in the camping grounds onsite by selecting yes at the camping question.  We are charged a levy by the showground for every campsite so are unable to provide these for free.  Vendors are offered a discount rate of $60 for 3 nights camping.

PRODUCTS:

  • All brand name products must be legally licensed for sale by vendor.

  • All brand name products being sold must be specified at time of booking.

  • All Products being sold must be specified at time of booking to ensure that we don't have too much of any type of item in our markets.

  • Vendors are not permitted to sell, display or promote items that are offensive or that endorse racism, religious intolerance, hatred, gore, violence or gender based intolerance.  Wintersun 2.0 reserves the right to remove any item which may be considered offensive.

  • Wintersun 2.0 reserves the right to refuse any vendor application which it deems unsuitable for the festival.

STALL PRESENTATION AND SAFETY:

  • Marquees and any other additional items must be pegged or weighted securely to the ground. Marquees, clothing racks and stands must be kept within the boundary of your site.

  • Sandwich boards etc, must be arranged so they do not create a tripping hazard.

  • Mannequins are to be secured.

  • Vendors must not consume alcohol in their stall during trading hours.

  • Vendors must remove all rubbish from their site and will leave the site in its original condition. You are permitted to place small amounts of rubbish in our bins, but please take large cartons/packing boxes with you when you leave.  Wintersun 2.0 reserves the right to pass on a wastage levy to the vendor if you leave rubbish behind.

  • Dogs on leads are permitted.
